Birthday Cookies
Jake wanted to make skeleton cookies. Mr. Gingerbread cutter was the
best I could do. He loved it! Jake help with each step. His favorite
part was testing them for quality, of course.

This was the first and last night Emma slept without being swaddled (wrapped up like a burrito). Flat on her face instead of on her side. Scary!

Homemade Baby Food
I
made Emma sweet taters and applesauce with my new baby food blender
gadget. It was so simple and Jake made it fun. Jake loves to help.
E waiting for her homemade grub.
Yummy! These little containers are BPA-free and hold a perfect 2oz. portion. You set the dial on the lid to the date you made it so you know how soon to use it. I can't wait to run out and make more.
Hugs,

Emma jumps
Emma is 5 months old here. She can almost sit up so we tried putting her in the bouncy....
she loves it. But only for a minute.
You might want to turn DOWN the volume, Shawn is using his new tile floor steamer, Jake is playing a game on the computer and Emma's bouncy is noisy too! Welcome to parenthood.

Jake graduates from Speech
These
pictures are from Jake's birthday. He wrote his name and his age on the
chalkboard for everyone to see. Jake has learned so much at school and
it has helped him to finally graduate from Speech.
This is what Jake says to any and everyone. We are currently working on Not talking to Strangers.

Jake at the Dentist's Office
Recipe for a tantrum-free dental visit...
Fun glasses, headphones, flatscreen, spongebob, and the remote to the tv.
Not to mention an awesome staff that knew just how to make a kid feel important.
"Look Ma, no cavities!"
