One of the smallest zucchinis. Jake is so proud to know we can grow our own food. And he eats it too!

Our Garden Week 9
Squash, Zucchuni, Cucumber bed after deer ate some of the leaves. The squash plants took the biggest hit.
Below: Cucumbers. We are getting a lot of cucumbers and zucchini. The zucchinis are gigantic and we made 4 loaves of bread with one plant last night. Yum!
Below: Green beans out back! WOWZA!

Our Garden Week 6
Our green beans love this planter and the deer won't come near it. It's out front.
Green beans out back.

Our Garden @ 3 wks
Green Beans from seeds.
Squash, Zucchini, Cucumber, and a few Grean Beans. Plus, there are 4 Bee Balms in the center to attract, what else, Bees!
Green Beans close-up @ 3 weeks.
Zucchini flowers. This is a good sign!
Green Beans that we will train to climb.
Just the front of the house.
What is this? 4 have popped up all in the same area and around the same time.
Fungus?
Grammy Gail helped me plant the Green Beans and she planted one in the sand to see how it would grow.
Random photo from our property. Tanner's headstone. After, what, 2+ years, it's still standing. Amazing.
I'll be back soon to show you the progress of our mini gardens. It's week 6 now and they are going strong, even after deer ate most of the leaves.
xx Steph
